Zeriko is an AI-powered language learning application. It provides interactive conversation practice with AI characters, spaced-repetition flashcard review (SRS), vocabulary tracking, and curated learning resources. The service requires an account and an active internet connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zeriko. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zeriko for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the application.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the app without explicit permission.
• Use the AI features to generate or distribute harmful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Zeriko uses OpenAI's language models to generate AI responses. The content generated is for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated text. AI responses are not a substitute for professional language instruction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zeriko application, its design, software code, and original content are the intellectual property of Zeriko. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your personal data (vocabulary, profile) belongs to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Zeriko available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zeriko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeriko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
